RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kauloo, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned: opened or used beauty and skincare products, fragrances that have been unsealed, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at info@kauloo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at info@kauloo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the damage.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kauloo is not responsible for lost return packages.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@kauloo.com and we will be happy to assist you.
